About Us

A group of professional women determined to change the face and quality of leadership in the Wisconsin business community, Milwaukee Women inc is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization working to "achieve balanced representation of women on boars of directors to maximize the performance of Wisconsin businesses."  MWi is a catalyst for this change through its benchmarking research, relationships with top CEOs in the region, partnership with the Greater Milwaukee Committee, and provision of resources to demonstrate the benefits of diversity and influence decisions that build a stronger economy. MWi is committed to working with business leaders to increase diversity, make the Greater Milwaukee area a region of choice and attractive environment in which to do business.
